The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Assist with the organization of sales events and trade shows.
- Provides additional general administrative support to the Company, including front desk receptionist duties.
- Supports the Executive Assistant as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Process Apparel orders.
- Create new accounts in SalesForce & NetSuite.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Work requires broad knowledge of business.
- Must have knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment and a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and accounting.
- Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience utilizing SalesForce CRM & NetSuite highly desired.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required and 2 years of related experience.

- Required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the office/facility.
- May be subject to sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform job scope.
