Job Description:
The position provides assistance to the Budget Manager in managing daily operations and monitoring/tracking budgets in the Division of Student Engagement & Enrollment Services.
Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, expenditures, and revenue tracking. Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing and procurment procedures. Demonstrated knowledge of payroll preparation. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, and to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately. Demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, customer service and data entry skills required.
