VP Supply Corp is a leading wholesale distributor specializing in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, kitchen, and bath products. As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we are committed to optimizing operations and ensuring "Pain-Free Construction & Renovations" for our customers.
VP Supply Corp is seeking a company-wide Implementations Lead to oversee operational rollouts, process improvements, and system integrations across all company locations, including Florida, Tennessee, New York, and Pennsylvania. This role will drive fast, efficient, and sustainable implementations, ensuring full adoption, accountability, and ROI tracking. The Implementations Lead will collaborate with senior management, purchasing, vendors, branch managers, and customers to streamline execution, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational performance.
This position requires frequent overnight travel to branches, providing hands-on support and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Rollouts & Implementation
- Lead the execution of new systems, workflows, and process changes across all branches.
- Ensure standardization, accountability, and follow-through in all operational rollouts.
- Develop and implement structured training programs to drive company-wide adoption.
- Monitor implementations to ensure long-term efficiency, compliance, and success.
