Our Telecommunications Customer Associates:
- Engage, excite, educate, sell and promote our client's products and services to the local community through in-person interaction
- Explain the marketing and environmental benefits of switching to and the differentiation of our service against competitors or traditional suppliers
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to excel as a Telecommunications Customer Associate, further education on the industry, and develop professional skills
- Prepare, present and sell client services using a consultative approach and proven sales tactics to prospective customers
- Collaborate sales efforts with other team members and departments to exceed goals and expectations
