Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as Heavy Bid and ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Serve as a strategic leader with strong future-oriented skills to guide project development and execution.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions among team members.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure open communication and quickly resolve potential issues. A visionary leader with exceptional foresight and strategic thinking skills to drive successful project development and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
