ABOUT YOU:
- High school diploma completed or in progress
- Related experience preferred but willing to train
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A JOB COACH AT VPI:
- Provide job coaching and job support to individuals.
- Assists individuals with reaching their goals.
- Develop relationships with employers, co-workers, other service providers, and the Fox Cities community.
- Assist individuals in achieving independence and creating successful employment outcomes.
- Transport clients to and from worksites or other opportunities
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work performed includes sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, stooping, lifting/carrying (up to 50 pounds without assistance), pushing/pulling, reaching at/below shoulder level, and reaching overhead. Functions are considered light to moderate according to the US Bureau of Labor.
