The Vice President of Operations, VPNE Healthcare Division, is a dynamic leader who will plan, direct and execute operations for our current business and for the next phase of dramatic growth in our healthcare services. Reporting to the VPNE Chief Strategy Officer, the Healthcare VP will design and execute strategy to serve the healthcare industry with clinical and non-clinical support services for our highest performing business unit.

- The successful candidate will be an experienced Revenue/Operations Leader with a minimum of 10 years of healthcare sales/service leadership experience, with 3 years leading integrated multichannel sales and marketing functions.
- Will have prior experience serving as a corporate or division-level VP leader and have had oversight of a similarly sized or larger organization.
- Consummate professional with an unmatched work ethic, who is the source of guidance, solution and knowledge by both VPNE and clients alike.
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with the demonstrated ability to design and build the commercial processes and infrastructure required to support significant growth.
- Strong mastery to plan the work and work the plan with effective communication, knowing when to talk and when to listen is solutions based in turning problems into opportunities
- Proven experience building, mentoring, motivating, and retaining high performing operations and sales teams.
- Possesses the dynamic written and verbal communication skills required to communicate effectively with senior executive audiences, prospects, clients, and frontline staff.
- Demonstrated ability to think “out-of-the-box” and consistently lead change and innovate to stay ahead of aggressive growth.
