- Customer Service Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction
- Shift Report Document all incidents per company policy
- Maintain cleanliness of garage area daily
- Handle questions from customers and manage equipment issues
Language Skills Proficient in English both verbally and written
Education Requirements High school diploma/GED
Requirements
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk short and long distances
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate parking equipment, including POF machines, garage gates, and location-specific equipment
- Strong sense of customer service
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction
- Maintain uniform standards while around the account
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Strong organizational skills
