- Supervise youth, ensure safety and well-being.
- Coordinate daily activities, outings, and appointments.
- Document behavior patterns, incidents, and required information.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free facility.
- Communicate effectively with youth, staff, and external partners.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- 1 year experience in child welfare field, preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Cleared background checks.
- Pass a drug test and physical.
- Able to obtain FBI Level 1 clearance card, child abuse clearances, and state police background check.
