Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support youth in our residential program.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate daily activities and outings.
- Document and communicate behavior patterns, incidents, and required information.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of youth and staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Experience in child welfare field, preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Cleared background checks.
- Pass a drug test and physical.
- Able to obtain FBI Level 1 clearance card, child abuse clearances, and state police background check.
