As the Human Resource (HR) Representative, you will serve as the cornerstone for HR functions within your
Program, acting as the primary liaison for staff inquiries related to human resources and payroll. You will guide the
Program's talent through the hiring journey, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration
into our organizational culture. Beyond recruitment and onboarding, your role is pivotal in fostering effective and
efficient operations across HR and payroll domains. You will be the first point of contact for staff, addressing and
resolving questions and concerns regarding HR practices, payroll processes, and organizational policies and
procedures. When necessary, you have the support to escalate complex issues to senior HR personnel or
management, ensuring all staff needs are met with expertise and care. This position is integral to maintaining
operational excellence and a supportive work environment.

Education & Experience
- Minimum of an Associate's degree accompanied by one year of Humans Resources experience
- Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of four years of Human Resources
- Must have familiarity with HR-related software platforms, including the Google Suite and Microsoft
- A solid understanding of applicable local and state laws and regulations is essential, ensuring
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Flexible schedule (evening, weekends, holidays) to facilitate program services.
- Cleared tuberculosis test results.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to provide proof of required vaccinations.
- Cleared background checks from appropriate entities, including Child Abuse and Neglect and FBI
- Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive to facilitate program services as required.
- May lift and carry up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds
- Performs tasks that may involve standing or walking 50% of the day; sitting 50%of the day.
- May bend, stoop, reach and grasp as necessary.
