As a rapidly growing national company, Vital Records Control would be nothing without our sales team. Our successful and collaborative sales team is looking for new members with a strong understanding of the sales process, proposal creation, building internal as well as external relationships, and closing deals. As an inside sales and account manager, you act as the Area Business Development Manager. The ideal team member will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly, be personable and professional. Team culture with a growth mindset is a MUST!
Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs;
- Create, build, grow and maintain a consistent pipeline with current clients and new leads through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas;
- Work and build both new and existing customer relationships by organizing the daily work schedule to actively manage incoming sales opportunities of existing or potential new sales throughout the assigned territory;
- Develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques based on prospect and client interactions.
