Requirements:

  • 2 years of RN experience (REQUIRED)
  • 1 year of DON in LTC/SNF experience (REQUIRED)
  • Active North Carolina or Multistate License (REQUIRED)
  • Covid vaccination record (REQUIRED)

Required Certifications:

  • AHA BLS
