Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide world-class customer service during all client interactions.
- Assist with diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC systems and equipment.
- Educate clients about home comfort options, ensuring they understand their systems and solutions.
- Produce neat, clean, and organized work that reflects our high standards.
- Follow safety protocols while working in varying conditions, including Michigan's cold winters and hot summers.
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to company appearance policies (e.g., covering visible tattoos and maintaining a clean uniform).
- Participate in ongoing training and education to build your technical expertise.
- Complete all assigned duties efficiently and with a positive, can-do attitude.
