Vreeland Real Estate, a top-producing, tech-driven brokerage, seeks an experienced Listing Manager to help take our listing business to the next level. This full-time, in-office position at our Tampa headquarters—not remote or hybrid—offers unlimited earning potential.
About the Role:
As our Listing Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for listing properties. You'll ensure that sellers maximize their returns while delivering a seamless and professional experience. You’ll work with a vast database of homeowners and new buyer leads who also need to sell, turning untapped opportunities into closed transactions.
Your focus will be on the Tampa Bay market, where you will handle listing presentations in the field. You’ll oversee transactions remotely for other Florida markets, working with and mentoring local teammates to maintain our high standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle listing presentations for sellers in the Tampa Bay area and oversee listings in South Florida, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine.
- Prospect aggressively—our brokerage provides valuable data and listing leads that need a dedicated expert to convert them into sales.
- Manage all aspects of the listing process, from pricing strategies and market analysis to contract negotiations and closing.
- Train and mentor agents on listing techniques to ensure brokerage-wide excellence in seller representation.
- Coordinate staging, photography, marketing, and listing promotions using our cutting-edge technology and marketing resources.
- Develop listing teams in each market as needed to scale our brokerage’s success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of real estate experience with a strong track record of listing and successfully selling 50 homes.
- A polished, professional, and well-spoken real estate expert who makes a lasting impression.
- Organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple listings efficiently while keeping everything on track.
- A natural leader and mentor who enjoys helping teammates grow.
- High-energy, proactive, and competitive—you can close deals and win listings.
