Our intensive onboarding will get you quickly on the way to closing 2-3 transactions per month. Vreeland Real Estate also offers live online training/development 5 days per week to ensure our licensed agents are always ahead of the curve to beat the competition.

Your Responsibilities:

• Routinely hitting weekly call/activity volume performance metrics
• Successful completion of our training regimen
• Provide high-level guidance/support to buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate transaction
• Conduct market research to determine accurate property values
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
• Provide exceptional customer service to all you transact with

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
• Regular attendance on Zoom for phone time, meetings, and training

Compensation:

• 50/50 split for most company-generated buying opportunities
• 90/10 split for self-generated business
