Regional Property Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance, particularly with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Develop and implement property management strategies that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee maintenance operations using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely response to service requests.
• Collaborate with leasing teams to drive occupancy rates through effective upselling techniques and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of property performance, tenant interactions, and legal documentation in accordance with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement or repair.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
• Train, mentor, and supervise property management staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management with a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficient in customer relationship management practices and legal administrative tasks related to property operations.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite property management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
