Role : AI Support Engineer
Location : Mountain View CA and NYC (Hybrid)
Must have : : Proficiency in AI concepts , ETL , data wrangling Python , FAQs and runbooks

- Expertise in AI and Related Technologies : Proficiency in AI concepts, approaches, tools, best practices, and recent advancements in the field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Python (or equivalent expertise)
- Experience in data wrangling and ETL.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to provide clear, concise, and accurate information both in writing and verbally.
- Customer Service Orientation : Able to provide patient, friendly, and professional guidance or support.
- Technical Writing Skills : Capable of identifying gaps in support documentation and updating or creating clear, comprehensive FAQs and runbooks.
- Ability to Escalate : Knowledge of when and how to escalate issues to subject matter experts and ensuring follow-through until resolution.
- Ability to recommend packages, libraries, and tools for each of the phases of the model development life cycle or generative AI application development life cycle.
- Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail : Ability to track and document questions, statuses, resolutions, and feedback meticulously.
