SAP CRM Senior Consultant with 12 years of experience in SAP CRM - Sales, Service, Marketing, CIC, TPM, CRM Web UI, SAP ABAP, played the roles of Technical Lead, Senior Consultant / Developer.

• Worked with SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, ECC and Client Industries like Health Care, Brewery, Pharmaceuticals, Media and Communications.
• Involved in end-to-end implementations, maintenance, support and Roll-out projects.
• Worked in more than 3 full life cycle implementation in SAP CRM including WEBUI technology starting from Project preparation, Blue print design, Implementation, Final preparation and Go Live support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extensively Worked on SAP CRM 7.0 on areas l ike SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, FSM, MRS and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) .
• Good hands-on experience in CRM Web UI, BOL & GENIL Programming , CRM One Order concept, AET , Web UI Customization, CRM Data Modelling and Data Replication.
• Strong experience on SAP CRM Middleware troubleshooting , and Bdoc's monitoring and Queue Debugging and data replication enhancements between ECC and CRM.
• Monitoring IDOCs, Web Services, XML messages in CRM, C4C systems respectively to ensure data consistency.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming ABAP (OO ABAP).
• Expertise in Enhancements User-Exits and BADIs and Enhancement Spots .
• Expertise in interfaces like BAPI, RFC, ALE / EDI IDOCs and ABAP Proxies.
• Expertise in SAP Scripts, Smart forms and Adobe forms.
• Data transferring from legacy to SAP using LSMW and BDC programs.
• Good experience on ODATA services modification classes based on customer requirements.
• Good hands-on experience in ODATA Services for SAP FIORI and SAP UI5 projects.
• Good hands-on experience on creating CDS Views, AMDP and S / 4 HANA developments.
