Role Overview:
This individual will be responsible for hunting new logos, running it, managing the full sales lifecycle, and maintaining strategic alliances with key technology partners like AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the industry, a consultative selling approach, and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition ("Hunter" Role):
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Life Sciences & Pharma sector.
- Prospect, engage, and convert target accounts through direct outreach, networking, events, and inbound marketing.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose tailored IT services (e.g., data analytics, cloud migration, AI/ML solutions, digital transformation, etc.).
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development,
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in selling IT services, ideally in the Life Sciences / Pharma domain.
- Proven track record of winning new accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and their application in the pharma industry.
- Experience working with or managing technology partnerships and channel alliances.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
