Title: Workday Talent and Recruiting Management Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Responsible for Workday configuration of Talent and Recruiting Management business processes. Workday configuration experience a required. Expertise in several Workday modules strongly desired.
This career step requires senior level experience. Configuration involves setting up and tailoring the functionality of SaaS and Enterprise-wide applications to meet specific business requirements without writing code.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
This includes tasks such as: Configuring tables, fields, and forms.
Defining business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using the platform's graphical interface.
Configuring workflows and approvals using delivered, UI-based editor tools (i.e. ServiceNow’s Workflow Editor).
Designing and configuring service portals, widgets, and catalog items.
Setting up user roles, groups, and permissions. Configuring integrations with external systems using pre-built connectors and APIs.
Configuration allows users to customize software solution behavior and appearance to align with their organization's processes and workflows without the need for custom coding or development.

Need true hands on experience with workday. Historical challenge with our candidates is that they say they have worked on workday but not hands on configuration.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
