Desired Education and Skills:
· BS. degree in molecular biology, cell biology or virology with 3-5 years relevant experience.
· A strong understanding of operating and method development using Jess/ Capillary electrophoresis western blotting.
· Working experience in a cGMP environment is required.
· A strong understanding of cell culture methods, polymerase chain reaction (PCR,) agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, ELISA, and spectrophotometric assays is necessary.
· A familiarity with compendial (USP, ICH, EP) guidance is highly desired.
· Hands on experience running protein-based immunoassays and/or qPCR/ ddPCR assays.
· Experience in developing, validating, optimization and deploying cell and molecular biology test methods is highly desired.
· Experience in general laboratory organization, experimental design, and documentation (GDP) with adherence to cGMP is necessary.
· Operate as a part of a team with experience in coordinating and collaborating with peers.
· Attention to details is a must.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
