Position Summary:
The CRM and Data Analyst is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the company’s CRM system, ensuring it becomes an integral tool for the sales team. This role focuses on driving internal adoption, enhancing visibility, and improving tracking and efficiency in managing leads, opportunities, and sales activities. The CRM and Data Analyst will collaborate closely with Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, and other departments to drive user engagement and system utilization. Additionally, this role ensures the integrity of CRM data, providing accurate and actionable insights for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective CRM adoption and utilization by the sales team for managing leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Maintain and enhance CRM master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Implement and oversee data scrubbing processes to eliminate duplicate, outdated, or incorrect records.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales pipeline health and lead conversion metrics, providing insights to support business growth.
- Improve tracking of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, to ensure accurate reporting and accountability.
- Support the integration of CRM with marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless tracking of lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to drive CRM adoption and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with IT and third-party developers to optimize system functionality, troubleshoot issues, write detailed Scope of Works, and implement enhancements.
- Maintain CRM governance policies and ensure system security, user roles, and access levels align with business needs.
- Provide ad hoc assistance with financial reporting, audits, and other accounting tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in CRM administration, analysis, or sales support roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead tracking, and activity management within a B2B sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Odoo, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Expertise in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and insights from CRM data.
- Ability to train and support sales teams in CRM best practices and user adoption.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with different departments.
- Experience with data reporting, dashboard creation, and KPI tracking.
- Experience integrating CRM with marketing, finance, and sales operations to create a single source of truth.
