About the position :
If you are looking to get into the hospitality / food & beverage profession, here is a great place to start! Looking for individuals who are excited to work with people and learn how to make great poolside drinks as well as serve bar & grill type food to our resort visitors. If you have experience or looking to get some experience and willing to learn, this is the position for you!
Essential Functions :
- Perform opening / closing restaurant duties
- Take and deliver orders for guests
- Prepare nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages and some food items to restaurant standards
- Interact with guests, vendors, and other staff in a pleasant and professional manner
- Set and maintain banquet service as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain own cash drawer and cashier reports
- Enforce Resort Pool Policies and Procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
