JD : Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience :
20 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a substantial portion of experience in digital banking or financial services.
Demonstrated expertise in a senior architecture role, designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions for banking or financial institutions.
Technical Expertise :
Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and solution design patterns, including microservices, SOA, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native architectures.
In-depth experience with API design and integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong understanding of digital banking security, encryption, and compliance standards, including PCI-DSS and PII protection.
Salesforce Experience : Experience with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) is an added advantage, particularly with CRM integration in digital banking ecosystems.
Business Acumen :
Comprehensive knowledge of banking industry trends, digital transformation, and regulatory environments affecting credit unions.
Ability to align complex business needs with strategic architecture solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance.
Soft Skills :
Strategic mindset with proven experience in translating business goals into actionable enterprise architectures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
