Job Description:

The Client Partner is a strategic role responsible for managing and growing revenue from named accounts within Techsol Life Sciences' Technology & Data Services Business Unit. This role focuses on client engagement, business development, and revenue expansion through upselling and renewals. The position will work closely with Biopharma and Medical Device companies, supporting their digital transformation and compliance management across various process verticals, including Pharmacovigilance, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Lab, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development & Account Growth:

  • Establish and execute a comprehensive account farming plan to drive cross-selling, upselling, and renewals within assigned accounts.
  • Achieve long-term and short-term revenue growth targets through renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and implement appropriate strategies to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and RFPs from assigned clients.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer goals and identify potential opportunities to provide value.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, partners, and internal delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with client finance teams for payment processing and collections as needed.

Proposal & Sales Process Management:

  • Lead the proposal development process to ensure alignment with client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
  • Represent Techsol Life Sciences at industry events, conferences, and public meetings to support brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales activity reports.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the Head of Sales & Client Partner, North America & Europe.
  • Works closely with the Business Unit Head and CEO to review progress.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 40% or more travel across North America in CY2025.

Job Qualifications:

  • 4 years of successful experience in client partnership, sales, and business development within a North America-focused Life Sciences (Biopharma and Medical Device) services/solutions company.
  • Strong track record in account management, business expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
