Project Description:The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking one Technical Writer 3 to support documentation efforts for the Application Teams.
This role involves:

Creating and maintaining user, technical, and project process documentation

Writing articles, reports, manuals, and technical procedures

Structuring content in a logical sequence from the user's point of view

Interpreting technical concepts and policies effectively for end-users

Write and edit various forms of technical documentation

Coordinate layout, formatting, and graphic displays for final documents

Work with SMEs, developers, and stakeholders to gather content
-
Understand and interpret Texas Vital Statistics laws, policies, and procedures

Use tools like MS Office, Visio, and project management software effectively
