Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling enterprise applications and services to mid-sized and large enterprises. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge in Healthcare, Agriculture, or Insurance, and a passion for driving revenue growth.  

  

Key Responsibilities:  

 

·                    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Healthcare, Agriculture, and Insurance industries.  

·                    Leverage existing industry contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales activities, building strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored enterprise application solutions.  

·                    Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships.  

·                    Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value.

·                    Collaborate with internal teams, including inside sales, marketing, technical, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.  

·                    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.  

·                    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.  

·                    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.  

·                    Identify and qualify high-value prospects, and convert them into successful customers through a combination of door-to-door meetings, targeted cold calling, and compelling presentations  

·                    Researching and forecasting sales and developing sales strategies and methods and evaluating their effectiveness  

·                    Monitoring the organization’s competitors, their products, and marketing strategies  

  

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in government sales, public sector consulting, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, RFPs, and contracting vehicles.
  • Experience working with state, local, and federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS, and state procurement laws.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and government contract tracking platforms.
