Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Partner with a strong background in Oracle Infrastructure to drive growth and enhance relationships with key enterprise clients. This role requires a blend of business acumen, client management expertise, and technical understanding of Oracle-based infrastructure solutions. The Client Partner will serve as the strategic lead to identify opportunities, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of Oracle-based projects and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management :

Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with senior-level executives, technical stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, IT infrastructure, and strategic goals to offer tailored Oracle Infrastructure solutions.
  • Oracle Infrastructure Expertise :
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud, Oracle databases, Oracle applications, and other Oracle-related infrastructure products and services.

  • Stay current with Oracle product offerings and industry trends, ensuring clients receive the most relevant and effective solutions.
  • Oversee the technical delivery of Oracle infrastructure solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Sales and Business Development :
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell Oracle infrastructure services, driving revenue growth for the company.

  • Understand the client's business challenges and propose innovative solutions using Oracle technologies to solve them.
  • Lead proposal and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Oracle capabilities.
  • Project Oversight and Delivery :
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Oversee the successful deployment and ongoing management of Oracle infrastructure solutions for clients.
  • Ensure that all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Account Management and Reporting :
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account health, sales pipeline, and growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on key performance metrics, client satisfaction, and project progress.
  • Track and manage the renewal of contracts, ensuring continued business engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with Oracle sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation of Oracle infrastructure solutions.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a client-facing role with a strong background in Oracle infrastructure solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in client partner or account management roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, and Oracle Applications is essential.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Strong understanding of Oracle infrastructure products and services, including Oracle Cloud, Oracle Databases, Virtualization, Networking, and Storage solutions.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and project management best practices.
  • Sales and Business Development :
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a strong sales acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth.

  • Strong negotiation, proposal development, and contract management skills.
  • Communication Skills :
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Leadership :
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or related Oracle technologies.
  • Experience in managing large, complex Oracle infrastructure deployments.
  • Knowledge of cloud migrations, data center modernization, and enterprise architecture.
