Data Analyst (Level 2 Junior candidate with 34 years of total exp would be best) TOP PRIORITY
Current Team : 12 Data Analysts (half remote half local)
Top 3 Skills : Python or R SQL Power BI (DAX expertise)
Working Hours : Mon Fri 8 AM 5 PM ET
Location : Must be in Cincinnati onsite M / T / W and TH starting 4 / 1
Interview Process : Phone call Assessment Panel interview
Prescreening : 3 unique questions; no prior scores transfer
Requirements :
- Experience with gathering analyzing and transforming large data sets from multiple databases platforms and vendors
- Proficiency in data wrangling exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling
- Expertise in Power BI and other data visualization tools for building and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
- Experience implementing rowlevel security in Power BI to ensure secure report access based on job levels and locations
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends correlations and opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and improve processes
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and support strategic objectives
- Proven ability to identify and communicate datarelated issues and recommendations effectively
- Strong communication skills to provide data insights and solutions to leaders for decisionmaking
