Test Lead or Lead QA

Title Test Lead or Lead QA or anything related to Quality Assurance but should be a legit lead candidate

Pay Rate Open on w2 ( Candidate will be on prime vendor w2 )

We have an emergent need for a test lead for the IVR R2 project. This is the 2nd Release of NiSource IVR Refinement program. This is a project level test lead who will report through Dave Wilson (IT Portfolio Manager) and will be working under Anna Byers (IVR Project Manager). The selected candidate will be working with a test lead from Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) our primary partner for this program. The candidate will be acting on behalf of NiSource in a two in a box model with the PWC partner.

This is a 10month contract. We are looking to begin interviews (virtually) as early as next week.

Ideal Candidate :

1 7 10 years testing experience with 3 5 years experience leading a team of testers

2 Nuance and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.

3 Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role

4 Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH as needed.

5 Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest must have

6 Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) nice to have

7 Utilities industry experience nice to have but highly preferred.

8 Demonstrated high proficiency in communication project management and organizations skills

9 PMP and other test technology certifications nice to have

10 Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks
