Requirements
7 years for a Lead (4-6 years for an Analyst) in the role with :
In-depth knowledge and experience in project work, process management, and quality assurance
Extensive knowledge and experience with Testing Tools : ALM, Jira, and ServiceNow
Knowledge and experience of Performance Testing : ALM Performance Center
Knowledge and experience of Automation Testing : UFT, Gherkin, Ruby, Jenkins, Cucumber
Knowledge and experience with SQL coding for extracting data to verify outcomes
A proven track record of leading strategic projects combined with the ability to execute tactical project-level activities and tasks
Experience as a change agent having effectively implemented change in large cross functional organization
Strong written and communication skills
A strong sense of self-motivation and drive who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment
ITIL v3 or v4 a plus
Responsibilities
Oversee the creation of a comprehensive test plan in collaboration with functional and technical test team members
Manage the development of test scenarios and scripts to ensure alignment with project requirements
Ensure necessary resources, including technology, personnel, and processes, are in place for manual and automated testing
Maintain test scripts and track quality assurance metrics that meet or exceed Project Management Methodology (PMM) requirements
Develop, publish, and implement detailed test plans to guide testing activities
Write and maintain test automation scripts and utilize available automation tools where applicable
Define and track quality assurance metrics while developing and enforcing quality assurance standards
Support all service processes and ensure adherence to technical standards and system requirements
Ensure compliance with application and security system requirements
Maintain a thorough understanding of application functionality and business processes to identify and test relevant scenarios
Ensure proper traceability between test scripts and project-specific requirements
Review test scripts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to requirements
Identify and ensure all data requirements are met for all levels of testing
Conduct regular defect meetings to identify, clarify, and resolve issues during testing
Provide daily program-level testing metrics and reports to stakeholders
Conduct weekly program-level status meetings and provide status reports
Update and complete all PMM-required documentation to ensure project compliance and transparency
