The Talent Acquisition Manager is focused on securing talent for Vitality’s long-term growth. They partner with the VP of People and Culture and Marketing to create and manage the employer brand, partner with company leadership on workforce planning, and manage a team of recruiters. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for select roles. This person is responsible for creating plans to attract and retain top talent dedicated to providing exceptional senior living experiences. This role requires three days per week in the Brentwood, TN office and will require some travel.
Responsibilities :
- Work with company leadership to conduct a thorough analysis of the organization’s anticipated growth, industry trends, and evolving skill requirements.
- Proactively identify talent gaps and formulate strategies to fill those gaps.
- Partner with marketing to build a strong employer brand.
- Manage Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn pages.
- Identify sourcing opportunities and create partnerships with diversity organizations, colleges, veterans organizations, etc to build the employer brand and proactively develop relationships to source talent.
- Build a talent pipeline by engaging with candidates even when there are not open roles to build a ready pool of qualified, interested, talent.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking system.
- Manage a team of recruiters, holding them accountable to meeting targets and building pipeline.
- Partner with department heads and VP, People and Culture, to create new job descriptions.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and community leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Partner with L&D to create and conduct hiring manager training.
- Create interview guides for each role.
- Manage recruiting metrics.
- Develop relationships with external recruiting partners to use when needed.
- Partner with VP of People and Culture on compensation analysis to ensure we attract the best talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for select support team roles to include job description creation, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Administer pre-hire Culture Index assessment process, including working with department leads and CI Administrator to identify ideal Culture Index for each role and interpreting surveys for hiring managers.
- Travel as needed to build partnerships and manage hiring fairs.
