Security Guard Responsibilities :
- Develop positive working relationships with residents and staff
- Understand fully the fire, safety, and emergency procedures and follow established policies and procedures for completing forms
- Make routine rounds at frequent intervals throughout the building and grounds, noting any abnormal situations
- Assist Assisted Living personnel in emergency situations
- Ensure that offices and doorways are locked and / or unlocked as needed
- Seve as backup to community personnel as needed or if a nurse is dispatched on an emergency during the night
