Vitality Living is adding to our regional wellness team and is seeking an experienced RN to take on the role of Wellness Specialist. In this role, you will
- Function as Interim Wellness Director for multi-state communities including overseeing interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Train newly hired Wellness Directors or wellness leadership staff.
- Conduct regular quality enhancement visits for assigned communities to ensure compliance with both state and company policies.
- Complete nursing assessments, auxiliary evaluations of residents, and other evaluations addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Establish and maintain quality of care systems to ensure residents receive care as outlined on individual resident service plans.

The ideal candidate will have a valid RN or LPN / LVN license in good standing with at least 3 years leadership experience in an assisted living or memory care setting. If this describes you, apply today for first consideration.
