Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the hygienist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
- Take x-rays and intra-oral photos
- Place sealants/Fluoride
- Document and maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Provide patient education and post-treatment care instructions
- Help manage office inventory and ensure rooms are stocked
Qualifications:
- Previous hygiene assisting experience a plus
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-environment
- Eaglesoft experience is a plus
