About the Role
The AEA Help Desk specialist will play a critical role in supporting the daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance of EW fleet and local AEA problems. This includes routine maintenance and quick reaction needs, as well as investigating user issues through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, analyze, and track to closure EW fleet and local AEA problems.
- Work closely with developmental teams to improve Fleet Software and Hardware.
- Communicate regularly with assigned supervisor(s) and stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
