Job Summary
VSolvit is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) team on-site at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development teams to support Fleet Software and Hardware improvement and sustainment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Meet weekly with developmental teams to discuss Fleet Software and Hardware improvement and sustainment efforts.
- Support platform-specific Liaisons and Squadrons in planning, building, and improving Mission Data Library files.
- Analyze customer problems to diagnose and determine the cause.
- Document descriptions of customer problems and guide customers through recommended problem-solving steps for short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
