Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Accountant to support key accounting functions including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany activity, and month-end close. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation who values accuracy, independence, and teamwork.
Schedule (Non-Remote)
- No more than 30 hours per week
- 3 days per week, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday
- No weekend or travel requirements
Essential Functions
- Record journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Coordinate and reconcile intercompany accounts
- Support month-end close processes and fluctuation analysis
- Assist AP/AR teams and contribute to ad hoc financial projects
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in line with US GAAP and IFRS
Education and Experience
- Accounting degree required
- 2 years of accounting experience
- At least 1 year of balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical thinking
