As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our development team in managing the successful execution of real estate projects.
Job Description :
The Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of development projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Project Administration
- Assist in organizing project documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Help manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and track deadlines.
- Permitting & Compliance Support
- Assist with permit applications, approvals, and regulatory documentation.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Support communication with general contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Budget & Expense Tracking
- Assist in monitoring project costs, processing invoices, and tracking expenditures.
- Reporting & Communication
- Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence for stakeholders.
- Document Management
- Maintain accurate records of project plans, contracts, change orders, and compliance documentation.
