As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Project Manager to support and oversee the successful execution of our real estate development projects.
Job Description :
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of industrial and commercial development projects, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful completion.
- Construction Oversight
- Assist in managing shell warehouse, infrastructure, and interior improvement projects.
- Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Permitting & Compliance
- Work with municipalities and agencies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs, track change orders, and help manage overall budget performance.
- Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular updates to senior management, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure projects adhere to all building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.
