Value Staffing Resource Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by managing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanding partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address needs, resolve concerns, and enhance service delivery.
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Research industry trends and market demands to position Value Staffing Resource Group as a preferred staffing partner.
- Present customized staffing solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our services align with their business goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Sales & Negotiation
- Qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our staffing services.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in staffing or recruitment services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Experience managing long-term client relationships while also securing new business.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, including current trends and competitive landscape.
- Previous success in lead generation, outbound sales, and contract negotiations.
