Job Overview:

Value Staffing Resource Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by managing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities. In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships, engage with decision-makers, and collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver top-tier staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, goal-oriented professional with a strong background in business development, client management, and the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanding partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address needs, resolve concerns, and enhance service delivery.

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Research industry trends and market demands to position Value Staffing Resource Group as a preferred staffing partner.
  • Present customized staffing solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our services align with their business goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our staffing services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in staffing or recruitment services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Experience managing long-term client relationships while also securing new business.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, including current trends and competitive landscape.
  • Previous success in lead generation, outbound sales, and contract negotiations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
