Responsibilities :

  • Conduct New Employee Orientation.
  • Review SPC Charts and P-Charts.
  • Conduct daily AM and PM reviews of assigned areas.
  • Train all new operators in their areas.
  • Work with operators to improve performance.
  • Conduct yearly and quarterly trainings.
  • Perform Process Audits in a professional manner.

Requirements :

  • Must be able to work with a computer / tablet and type.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to accept constructive criticism and troubleshoot problems.
