Job Title: Senior Wireless Support Specialist

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide daily support on ServiceNow incidents and collaborate with carrier account teams to resolve customer service issues promptly.
Liaison Role: Work closely with City agencies to manage mobile service requests, including activations, cancellations, and equipment changes.
Inventory Management: Perform inventory control functions, ensuring accurate data in the vendor management system while handling mobile equipment.
Device Configuration: Assist customers in configuring and activating a variety of mobile devices and perform MDM tasks such as provisioning and policy deployment.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with NYC Cyber Command Standards and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in a Senior Wireless Support Specialist role.
Proficiency with Carrier Portals, Apple ABM, and Android KNOX.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
