The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be tasked with supporting our clients with managing legal entities, state filings, and other corporate compliance matters. You’ll manage the day-today relationships with our customers at corporations, law firms and small businesses to ensure we can support their needs and those of their clients.
What You’ll Do
· Provide professional level customer service to our customers via web, phone and email communications.
· Leverage your knowledge of vState’s product offerings to accurately initiate and fulfill orders that meet our customers’ needs.
· Monitor and manage the full lifecycle of the order process and provide updates to clients as appropriate.
· Research and follow through on state-specific requirements that are relevant to customer orders.
Talents You’ll Bring
· 2 years of work experience in sales, accounting, legal services, or similar area
· Analytical ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word
