Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with at least 5 years of expertise in immigration law and a strong background in legal writing . This role primarily focuses on complex legal writing research case preparation and drafting essential legal documents. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills thrive in a fastpaced environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities
Conduct indepth legal research on complex immigration issues and provide strategic legal advice to clients and team members.
Draft and prepare motions petitions briefs and other legal documents critical to case success.
Work closely with clients to gather evidence prepare case documentation and develop tailored legal strategies.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a cohesive approach to cases and optimize client outcomes .
Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff including paralegals and legal assistants ensuring highquality and efficient case management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Bar Membership in good standing (Massachusetts preferred or ability to obtain).
Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience with a strong focus on legal writing and case strategy.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive and clear legal arguments.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to tackle complex legal issues effectively.
Excellent client management and communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
