Site/Civil CAD Designer
At a Glance:
Seeking a CAD Designer with land development and municipal experience to support our Civil Engineers drafting stormwater, roadway, paving, grading & utility infrastructure plans.

Position Summary:
Clearview Land Design is seeking an experienced, motivated, full-time CAD Designer to support our Civil Engineers in designing and drafting Grading Plans, Utility Plans, Roadway Plan and Profiles, Cross Sections, and general Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Plans. Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD 2016 or newer (with Civil 3D a plus) and an understanding of State and Local City/County Development Codes.
Position Requirements :

• Design & CAD drafting experience on residential & commercial land development projects
• Experience with land development site layouts, grading & stormwater design, utility design, roadway plan & profiles, general civil infrastructure plans, erosion & sediment control design, and general civil engineering/infrastructure plans
• 5 years of relevant land development experience
• Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
• Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
• Experience with industry accepted software
• Knowledge of State, City, and County Development Codes in the greater Tampa Bay area
• Takes pride in work product & deliverables as part of a strong team of professionals
