Job Title : Civil Engineer
Location : Plymouth, MN
Pay Range : As per Exp.
Job Type : Full-Time
Senior Project Engineer Duties & Responsibilities :
Manage project scope and schedule from concept to final design.
Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and other documents for public infrastructure projects.
Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and reports.
Review design packages and address client's comments with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with clients and other consulting teams to resolve design issues.
Assist in marketing and business development efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Minnesota, or ability to acquire a license within six months.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Strong teamwork and independent working capabilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Four or more years of experience working on MnDOT or similar projects.
Knowledge of water resources or traffic engineering.
Experience with Microstation / GeoPAK and / or AutoCAD.
Experience or training in ArcGIS.

Experience or training in ArcGIS.
Experience with traffic engineering software.
Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
