Job Description :
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Surgical Services to lead and elevate our surgical operations in Western Idaho. This leadership role requires a professional with a proven track record in surgical services, including a minimum of 3 4 years of experience and prior management expertise.
The position oversees approximately 50 FTEs , including RNs, CSTs, Anesthesia Technicians, CNAs, and Clerical Staff. The surgical department features 7 state-of-the-art operating suites equipped with advanced surgical technologies, including the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution and the da Vinci Xi Surgical System .
Our hospital hosts an array of surgical specialties, such as general surgery, neurology, orthopedic and spine surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, ENT, and podiatry.
