Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Hyundai Genesis vehicles, such as oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology for accurate vehicle assessments and repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, cost estimates, and timelines.
Document all repairs thoroughly and maintain accurate service records.
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Stay updated on the latest Hyundai Genesis technologies and service bulletins.
Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.
Requirements
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : 1-3 years of hands-on experience working on Hyundai Genesis vehicles.
Certifications : Current ASE certifications or willingness to obtain them.
Skills :
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and automotive technology.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Capability to stand for extended periods.
License : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
